Siva Temple Singrijan…There is a Shivalinga in Singirajan village in Dimapur in Nagaland state. The Siva Temple Singrijan is known to have been built by the villagers in 1961. According to locals, one of the local residents of the village went to Rangapahar’s protected forest area and observed a stone found there, considering it was useful to use his knife to bring it home. The Siva Temple Singrijan is situated in Village in Jharkhand and is devoted to God Shiva.

As indicated by old stories, a nearby skilled worker was honing his blade on a stone. Out of the blue water began overflowing out of the stone. This is loved as the managing divinity in the sanctuary as a Shiv Linga. He scratched the stone to sharpen his knife, and he was surprised to see a red fluid lying along the stone, and later informed the villagers. In that night, Lord Shiva appeared to the villager and said that he was the same Shiva Linga in the shape of the rock.

The villagers did not tell about this dream first. Later, when the Shiva appeared and he was warned by the village, it was the fear of the village and the villagers were worried that all the villagers started putting that shiva in one place and started worshiping. Shortly thereafter, a Shivalaya was constructed at the site. The main “SHIVA RATRI” Utsav was praised on 22nd February and after that, consistently the “Maha Shivaratri Utsav” has been commended in this sanctuary with lakhs of lovers originating from everywhere throughout the nation.
